Return policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (with all tags/labels intact). This applies to both insulated cups and ceramic cups.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back to our address.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
