Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (with all tags/labels intact). This applies to both insulated cups and ceramic cups.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item securely, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it back to our address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
4. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange for a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
